Got to Love Financial Fraud!

This man's life is like watching a ping-pong match.  Dov Charney, CEO of American Apparel, is being sued yet again for unlawful dismissal.  A former employee is claiming he was dismissed after he refused to inflate American Apparel's books.  Got to love financial fraud!  Just an average run of the mill case until Charney pulls out the former employee's former lover, who also happens to work at American Apparel.  You got that?  Anyway, apparently this former lover has information about the reasons the finance guy was let go which is...tardiness and personal problems. 

Gawker.com has this right, "Let this be a lesson: Fuck with Dov Charney and he will make sure that that one girl at work that you banged in the stock room will come forward with incriminating information about your attendance record."
