The Ukraine has outlawed pornography. As I've stated several times before I believe pornography hurts people. However, the Ukraine has decided to outlaw it. I don't know whether pornography should be outlawed; I know it hurts people, but I wonder who gets to decide what is pornography and what is art.
Possession of pornography can result in a fine or three years in jail. The article doesn't define pornography, which is an issue on it's own. The legislation does stipulate that pornography can be used for medicinal purposes. This statement is important because it means that masturbation can be used for medicinal purposes.
