"Suck It World" says the World Bank

According to the Washington Post the World Bank is ready and willing to increase what they give, wait I mean lend, to the third world.  What does this mean?  Well, the already lofty goal of Jubilee to get the World Bank to forgive third world debt which keeps specific nations impoverish, undereducated, and starving will become even more unlikely.  Instead of forgiving the debt, the World Bank will increase it under the guise that these loans will help the population.  Sounds great, give people money to feed the people, but then you have to remember these nations will not be able to pay back these loans...hear something like this before?  Sound it out, Housing Crisis.
