Being Harassed, Oh, well, deal with it or quit.

Sexual harassment is a serious problem. Jezebel points out how stupid this article is though full of truth. The article in question is called, "One Sure Way to Stop Sexual Harassment." The article tells women that Human Resources are often on the companies side, people never want to believe that these "nice guys" are capable of it, and that the victims of sexual harassment should just quit their jobs.

Jezebel of course calls this out in a posted entitled, "Sexual Harassment: Quit Your Job and the 'Nice Guys' Win." This is a ridiculous argument because quitting your job will make the immediate harassment stop, but this 'nice guy' will probably do it again.

As someone who has been harassed on the job I have to say complain. Yeah, the company will probably protect their own, but f-that. I've found that their are two types of sexual harassment: the unwelcomed sexual advance and the gender stereotypes. Either way call these jerks out on it. File complaints and always put it in writing.
