So Chris Hayes did a segment on domestic violence and Cleveland's kidnapping case. It is pretty good. I think we should also note that while Charles Ramsey served time for felony domestic violence he still saw a situation he thought was a domestic incident and he acted anyway. A testament to his personal change, and the importance of bystander intervention. A man who served his time for the very situation he intervened in. I would also note that men of color with arrest records maybe reluctant in calling the police or interfering. An added bonus about the clip, Connie Schultz is on it and wonderful. Finally, Castro was charged, but his brothers were not. Cleveland police says there is not evidence that they had any involvement or even knowledge of the kidnappings.
